Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Sale items or specified excluded products are not eligible for return, unless faulty
Returns received in unsatisfactory condition or lost during transit will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are safely packaged and returned using a trackable shipping method.

- By mail, following the return process outlined below
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items returned within 30 days.
To exchange an item:
- Follow the return process below
- Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Replacement items will be sent once the returned item has been received and approved.
If you require an item urgently, we recommend placing a new order to avoid stock availability issues.

- Repack the item securely in its original packaging
- Return the item in-store or send it by mail as instructed by our team

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
