At Skyline Mobile, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review the information below to understand how our shipping works within Australia.

  • We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services. Delivery typically takes 1 to 6 business days, depending on your location.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your delivery.
  • $10 flat rate shipping on all orders within Australia
  • Free shipping on orders over $50

All shipping charges are calculated at checkout and include handling and packaging costs.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, even if an item is returned.

At this time, Skyline Mobile does not offer international shipping. All deliveries are within Australia only.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • If there are any unexpected delays, such as stock availability issues, we will contact you as soon as possible
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched
  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier first

If the delivery address provided is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable and the parcel is returned to us, additional redelivery charges may apply.
